Refund Policy

Return/Exchange  

 

To initiate a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You can request a return or replacement within seven days of receiving the item by accessing the "My Order" section of the app. Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged items, with all tags and labels intact, in their original packaging, and eligible for return, can be returned or replaced.  

 

Once you request a return, a pick-up date will be scheduled. Our courier partners will pick up the item  within 3-5 business days  of receiving your return request. The refund process will commence once the return has been arranged.  

 

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 48 hours of placing it by accessing the "My Order" section. Please contact us via email at bluematrixtechnology@gmail.com to request the cancellation.  

 

Refund:  

 

For a refund to be processed, the items must be unused and still in their original packaging. You may request a replacement only if the item is defective, damaged, or sent to you in error. In order to provide further assistance, we may require a video of the unpacking process. The refund will be processed  within 5-7 business days.
