Shipping Policy

 

Bloomwow strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving and accepting them. When placing an order online, you will be provided with an estimated delivery time frame. Each order is insured by Bloomwow during transit until it is delivered to you or collected. Upon collection, you are required to sign a confirmation of receipt, and by doing so, you assume responsibility for the ordered items from that point onward. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or if it is a gift delivery, the signature serves as proof that the order has been delivered and fulfilled.  

 

DELIVERY FEES: Delivery fees for domestic orders are determined based on pin codes or courier charges.  

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: There are no additional costs. The total amount due is indicated for each individual item.  

 

DELIVERY TIME: The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and the services of our partnered logistics provider. However, we make every effort to deliver orders within 5 to 7 business days (excluding public holidays).
